Pizza

Well, not really Indian or Mexican but home made! The best place to get dough is Trader Joe's, they have nice bags! Spread out on an oven pan (grease it with some Pam or other non-stick otherwise hard to remove!)

Chop your fresh veggies, mushroom and anything else! Mushrooms, onions, peppers and tomatoes for us.

Grate some mozzarella. You can also use fresh mozzarella.

Try different varieties. Top off with cilantro or basil.
