Heating Tortillas
Just like you have roti, you can also heat tortillas in a pan. The fancy technique is to stack a bunch of them and flip a couple at a time so that they steam together. This softens them. Serve with any other dish on this blog!!

Mexican Rice
Start with rice - and use basmati rice for our fusion. Add some olive oil and fry the rice until it turns brown.
Add some chopped onion and tomatoes and continue to stir.
Add the chili tomato salsa and cilantro. Add some water and cook until the rice grains are soft and all the water is gone.
The rice is ready to serve!
