Doing it the Indian way, start with half and half of water and milk and start to boil. You can also add a piece of ginger if you want a flavor.
Once warm add some loose tea - orange pekoe is a pretty standard one you can find in any Indian store.
Watch it carefully as it may boil over!
Boil it until the color is right for your taste. Then strain out the tea leaves, add some sugar and ready for chai time!

Paneer Fajita
Ingredients: paneer, colorful bell peppers, onions and various masalas.
Start with the chopped peppers and onions.
Saute in a pan with oil, salt and pepper and some chili.
Chop the paneer into chunks
Fry the panner with some olive oil in a pan until brown
Mix it together!

Masala Pollo
Looking to cook some delicious masala chicken!
Start with some chicken tenders, thaw them out, then marinate in a masala mix for maybe 15-30mins. For the masala just we use the ones in store, just add yogurt and some garlic and ginger paste.
Cook in a pan, cover it for quicker cooking and to keep it tender.
Keep an eye and flip the pieces. When ready enjoy with some roti!

Salsa - pico de gallo
Add some finely chopped chili, cilantro, salt (sal) and lemon (limon)....
Then load onto a tortilla chip!
